Rebecca Williams-Age : 26, Team : Gullwing, specialty : Slalom.

A mother of twin boys and married to PRO Rider Mike Williams, Rebecca has been skateboarding for two years. She started skateboarding after the twins were born. She became more involved as her husband's truck design caught on. In 1976 she took a 1th in La Costa (Women's division) races. She placed 1st in the 1977 Another Roadside Attraction race in Breckenridge. Rebecca has been filmed for a television skateboard commercial and for the movie "Skateboarding“.

Bob Mohr-Age : 23, Team : Bahne, specialty : Freestyle.

Jumpin' Bob presently holds the worId Professional Freestyle Champion for 1977. He is Captain of the Bahne Exhibition Skateboard Team (B.E.S.T.). He is a former WorId High Jump Champion (4’5“ in May, 1976). He skated as an amateur for two years in the Sixties and became a Profes­sional in 1975. He is the innovator of the “L-sit into a handstand“,the “Machette“, the "Music Man“, the “Bearsweeper“ and "Bullet“. Also a Professional musician and songwriter, Bob plays five instruments.

Tom Inouye-Age : 19, Team : Sims, , specialty : Pool riding.

Pool riding is Tom's best ! He started "Inouye's Pool Service“ as a way of spreading the word. He bas been riding pools for four years. Tom was the consulting Pro to the design of the Pipeline Skatepark. With no pool contest to date, he has no competition record to tell the tale. Pictures do however, and his pool work is a feature in all skateboarding publications.

Everyone who Skateboards must wear safety equipment. A helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, gloves,and shoes can save a skater from various injury. Additional equipment as shown : Wrist guards and ankle guards.

Dave Dillberg-Age : 29, Team : Power Paw, specialty : Downhill Speed, Slalom.

Dave is a dyed-in-the-wool “Speed freak“. He made the world's first official "fastest skateboard" for Guy Grundy (Signal Hill, 75). In 1976 Dave decided that he would ride instead of watch-and ride he did ! ! right to a 1st place (51" MPH) win at Signal Hill. Just to keep the honors at home, Dave won the modified division in the 1977 Signal HiII event at a world record pace of 57 MPH.

Bruce Logan-Age : 26, Team : Logan Earth Ski, specialty : Freestyle.

Bruce has been a cornerstone in skateboarding. His “AII-night Nose Wheelies“ are a classic. He has competed and placed in every major free-style contest from 1964 to 1976. Overcome by the attention fame brings, Bruce shied away during the 1971 season. He is now working out for the start of the 1978 competition season. Bruce bas been developing wood deck designs for a year and latety has been touring the U. S. promoting the family business.
